Are you looking for an opportunity to get involved in your community? Well it doesn’t get better than watching the sunset at the local markets! We are looking for volunteers who would like to join us on the first Friday of each month from 2pm to 8.30pm at the amazing community event; Ipswich Twilight Markets. Volunteer at the CPL stall, have fun and drum up customers to purchase the fabulous artisan products created by CPL Springfield clients.
As the Twilight Market Assistant volunteer you will be:
- Setting up the stall with merchandise
- Arranging brochures, price list, flyers, banner and tablecloth
- Packing and unpacking goods for sale and supporting the sale of items on display
- Engaging with people at the market
- Collecting money for items sold, writing receipts for each item sold
This volunteer role will take place on 1st Friday of each month. 2.00pm-8.30pm at Robelle Domain, Orion Shopping Precinct, Springfield Lakes. The volunteer and CPL will regularly review this volunteer role based on the capacity of the volunteer to assist on an ongoing basis and the needs of CPL.
You will be responsible for organising your transport to and from the location of this CPL role.
