CPL Choice Passion Life: Our Shift-fill Coordinators coordinate and manage client support hours and employee shift scheduling for all CPL Disability Support professionals across Queensland and Northern NSW.As one of our new Shift-fill Coordinators, you'll play a primary role in ensuring our clients are supported through efficient and complete rosters to enable them to live the life they choose with passion.The role does require flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, nights, public holidays and early mornings. Responsibilities include:Managing the rostering for all disability support employees across our regionsAcquiring and maintaining detailed working knowledge of our Enterprise Agreement and other people-related policies and proceduresCoordinating replacement support resources to cover leave, and other planned/unplanned absences, and report on shift changes, absenteeism and non-complianceCommunicating shift changes to each region and escalating roster-related people mattersEstablishing and maintaining data in the rostering system for both employees and clients including preferences, availability, contact details, and client medical needsTo be successful you'll have: Solid experience in rostering and coordinating a large number of people or managing multiple stakeholders, preferably in a human services environmentProven ability to calmly manage complex situations, often while unsupervised, taking into consideration customer service and budget outcomesHigh level attention to detail and accuracy relevant to rostering purposesSuperior time management and coordination skills to maximise efficiency in a busy and often ambiguous environment of responding to changing requirementsA participative and supportive team approachSkills to use and adapt to new technology (a rostering system) and Microsoft OfficeA continuous improvement commitmentCPL as an employer: CPL - Choice Passion Life is a non-profit organisation providing services for people with physical disabilities so they can lead the lives they choose.CPL's Values of client focus, respect, inclusion, integrity, excellence and courage underpin a Vision of an inclusive society for all people.
